How Many Times Ho Chi Minh Did Commit Treason?

The First Time – March 6, 1946, Accord

Ho Chi Minh and Vo Nguyen Giap welcomed the French delegates in Hanoi, March 1946

Ho Chi Minh was once repeatedly called ” Ho Chi Minh bán nước” (Ho Chi Minh sells the country) by the people of the North. That was the period in the early months of 1946 when the French parliament was in the hands of the Communist Party and the Socialist Party, led by Prime Ministers Felix Gouin and Maurice Thorez. Thorez at that time was President of the French Communist Party. The two sides, Ho Chi Minh and France, colluded so that France would return to Vietnam to rule, not as a colonialist, but as a communist dictatorship.

On February 13, 1946, French General Leclerc cabled back to France that he had negotiated with the Viet Minh, emphasizing that Ho Chi Minh was prepared to avoid using the word “independence.” On February 16, 1946, Ho Chi Minh proposed the wishes of the Viet Minh faction to the French mother, that is, to become a member of the French Union. Ho did not mention the French bloc that was ruling in Indochina (French Federation) that Admiral Thierry d’Argenlieu was in power. Ho Chi Minh ignored the two words “independence” for Vietnam.

Thierry d’Argenlieu

D’Argenlieu, High Commissioner in Indochina, knew the intentions of the communists, so he wanted Cochinchina to be autonomous so that it would not be dyed red. On February 28, 1946, Ho Chi Minh wrote to US President Harry Truman asking for intervention so that d’Argenlieu would not separate Cochinchina; In the letter, it also mentioned that France attempted to rob the Hanoi government, but this was not reasonable because Ho Chi Minh himself voluntarily wanted the Democratic Republic of Vietnam to be a member of the mother France, so the fact that France robs the Hanoi government would not happen. A copy of this letter was given to President Barack Obama by President Truong Tan Sang on his trip to the United States on July 25, 2013.

Jean Sainteny and Ho Chi Minh, 1946

Ho Chi Minh and France representative Jean Sainteny signed the Preliminary Treaty on March 6, 1946 (March 6 Accord). The nationalist faction Vu Hong Khanh had signed the accord, but then Mr. Vu knew he was misguided by Ho Chi Minh, so he escaped. The March 6 Accord contains provisions that need to be noted that the mother France recognizes the Democratic Republic of Vietnam as having a free state, not independent, unifying 3 regions, having an army (under the supremacy of the France army). At this time, 15,000 French troops arrived in Hai Phong and headed north. Ho Chi Minh utilized the French hands to massacre the nationalist parties…

Two delegations of Pham Van Dong and Ho Chi Minh went to France to attend the Fontainebleau Conference, which took place from July 6, 1946, to September 10, 1946, to hope to formalize the March 6 Accord, but completely failed because the French Communist Party and Socialist Party had lost its seat in parliament. The Popular Republic Movement was elected.

Ho Chi Minh changed his tactic to ask the newly elected group to “recognize”, but Prime Minister Georges Bidault was tough on the left, even not allowing Ho Chi Minh to stand in the same row of honor on the French Independence Day, July 14, 1946. Tension occurred and the war was inevitable. Before returning home, on September 14, 1946, very late at 1 a.m., Ho Chi Minh visited the house of Mr. Marius Moutet, Minister of Colonies, a leftist faction, to force him to sign the “Temporary Agreement of Fontainebleau” (Modus Vivendi), but in fact, it has no legal value at all.

On December 19, 1946, the war between France and the Viet Minh occurred. At this time, Ho Chi Minh called on all people to resist the French “colonial invaders.” A lot of people listen because of a lack of information.

The Second Time – Geneva Accord, July 20, 1954

From January 25, 1954, to February 18, 1954, four countries (big 4) including the United States, Great Britain, France, and the Soviet Union met in Berlin (Germany) to discuss many issues including Korea and Indochina. As for the Indochina war, France proposed to stop the military war with the Viet Minh. Just a suggestion and they hoped there would be more negotiations happening in the future. On this news, the communist faction combined to make a massive wave in the battles against the French to gain the upper hand, and bring the result of victory to the meeting in Geneva.

In Geneva in May, the United States Secretary of State, John Dulles, left the meeting room as he was about to discuss the Indochina War. Outside when the press surrounded, with an angry attitude, Dulles replied that the communists had no goodwill and took advantage of the situation. As a result, the communist leaders Russia and China led the division of Vietnam’s territory, the Ho Chi Minh faction was only an executor. The Geneva Accord was supposed to end in May, but because the Viet Minh won the battle of Dien Bien Phu, it lasted until July. The Geneva Accord signed on July 20, 1954, between France and the Viet Minh divided the country in two at the latitude. Route 17. After that, Ho Chi Minh and Chu En Lai held a celebratory party. More than a million people in the North migrated to the South with the help of the United States.

The Third Time – Diplomatic Note, September 14, 1958

The Communists of the North violated the Geneva Accord. After the Geneva Accord, thousands of communist cadres from the North followed the wave of emigration to the South. They set up bases everywhere in the South to cause chaos, plant mines, terrorize the people… They waited for a real war, and at the same time sent troops and moved supplies and equipment from the North to the South along the Truong Son strip.

Diplomatic Note signed by Premier Pham Van Dong that agreed to consecrate the islands to China

On September 4, 1958, China declared 12 nautical miles including Hoang Sa and Truong Sa under China’s sovereignty. On September 14, 1958, Pham Van Dong signed Cong Ham, in the name of the prime minister of the Northern government, to Zhou Enlai of the People’s Republic of China. Legally, these two islands were under the sovereignty of South Vietnam. What did this illegal act of the communists mean? Once, the communist rebel Bui Tin stated that the North handed over 2 islands to China first because anyway (win or lose if there is a war) is on the same side as the communists, and the Republic of Vietnam is the enemy.

Ho Chi Minh died on September 2, 1969. The successors continue to betray the country. The Paris Accord was also largely due to the conspiracy of the North and South communists and the US anti-war. The land everyone lived in, but again the North violated and continued to send troops to the South. After the Paris Accord, January 27, 1973, with many changes in the South when there was no US support, on January 19, 1974, China attacked the Paracels with a powerful navy. The Republic of Vietnam Navy fought back and sacrificed more than 74 servicemen. At this time, the northern state rejoiced. For the past several years, the Vietnamese people from the North to the South are still grateful to the national heroes who died for the country. People have shown up on the streets with banners, despite the police’s actions.

Protesters went against China, 2016. Banner says 74 heroes of the South government, who died for the country, will always be remembered

The Coercion by Force, April 30, 1975

After the US withdrew its troops from the South, the communists from the North concentrated their forces to attack the South. A forcing takeover was completed on April 30, 1975. In an internal meeting, 1976, Le Duan, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam declared: “We fight the US is to fight for the Soviet Union, fight for China and we have succeeded in planting an international flag of Marxism over the whole of Vietnam.” With the victory yeast, the “anti-American invasion” propaganda tactic was no longer used.

The waves crossed the border with terrible tragedy causing hundreds of thousands of people to die on the East Sea and overland to find the way to freedom.

It has been estimated by the UN several hundred thousand died on the east sea due to different causes.

Giving Sea and Territory to China

Le Kha Phieu, General Secretary of the Party, on 12/12/1999 signed with China the Border Agreement to cut a part of Vietnam’s territory to China. There were at least 700 kilometers of lost and historical sites in the Ai Nam Quan portion. Ban Gioc Waterfall and Phi Khanh Stream now belong to China’s sovereignty. Some intellectuals protested, including lawyer Le Chi Quang’s article “Be Wary of China” 2001, and the consequences of his patriotic act sent Quang to prison for more than two years.

By the time of General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, Vietnam’s lands were gradually lost to China. China has established bases on the Hoang Truong Sa islands; The Vietnamese soldiers stationed on them were just puppets. There have been many cases of fishermen being shot and killed by Chinese soldiers without mercy, and the communist state of Vietnam ignored it and has not solved it. China exploits Bauxite in the Central Highlands, brings many Chinese to work as workers, establishes villages, roads inscribed in Chinese characters … The waves of Chinese people entering Vietnam have continued more so far. Toxic products from China have flooded stores in Vietnam.

They committed Treason Through the Chengdu Agreement 1990

Adding one more red star on the China flag

Certainly, there were many more acts of betrayal by the Communist Party of Vietnam. Wikileaks released a document about the 1990 Chengdu Conference, through which China and the Communists of Vietnam had signed. A commitment that until 2020 Vietnam would consider Vietnam completely dependent on China, or a small province of China. Not far away, the two words “Vietnam” on the world map will shrink like Tibet. Although the unofficial document says that Vietnam is a small province of China, they are not foolish to say so. China occupied Vietnam by assimilation in all areas: immigration, politics, economic, and cultural control. On November 11, 2017, Tap Cam Binh officially launched the “Cultural Center in Hanoi” with the excitement of the inauguration of the National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.

Dozens of land and sea areas in Vietnam’s territory from north to south The Communist Party of Vietnam has “lent” to China for 50 to 70 years, but in fact, it is an agreement to sell Vietnam to China. Not to mention the more than 40 “cemeteries” “forever in gratitude to Chinese martyrs” built on such lands as to destroy the sacred soul of the Vietnamese people.

Many cemeteries called “monumental” the Vietnamese Communists built to “eternally remember the Chinese martyrs.”

Gradually, the people saw the malice of the Party elites, so there were street demonstrations.

Up to now, the two words “selling the country- bán nước” have been chanted more by people on the streets during the demonstrations. The Party’s act of selling the country is increasing day by day, becoming more and more obvious.

3 special zones have been “leased” to China for 99 years

June 2018. The three special zones of Van Don (North), North Van Phong (Central), and Phu Quoc (South) would be approved by the puppet parliament to “push a button” to lease to China for 99 years. Puppet because it was Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, the chairwoman of the National Assembly, who claimed this was approved by the politburo. In August 2018, the Party announced that the National Assembly would postpone the decision date to early 2019. In fact, there were many comments that it was just a plan to lull people to sleep, in fact, the three areas above still have been built as planned. After a large-scale protest in Saigon and other places, on June 10, 2018, to oppose the case of 3 special zones, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong stated that the issue of 3 special zones had been raised since the 1990s, not recently.

This betrayal act was quite large. People have been waiting to see the attitude of the whole people. Is it acceptable for the Communist Party to commit treason?

Freelance journalists Pham Chi Dung, Nguyễn Tường Thụy (up right) and Lê Hữu Minh have been imprisoned

In recent years, freelance journalists are being held in prisons: Pham Chi Dũng, arrested 2019, 15 years; Nguyễn Tường Thụy, arrested 2020, 11 years; Lê Hữu Minh, arrested 2020, 11 years. Many other patriots are in prisons that the world hasn’t had the chance to mention.
